Tender Description
The Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) invites bids for the installation of wooden flooring and cleaning services at Suthra Punjab Authority in Lahore. This procurement is conducted on behalf of Suthra Punjab Authority under a national competitive bidding process through the Punjab e-procurement system (E-P) using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with least cost selection method.
Items being procured:
- Installation of Wooden Flooring & Cleaning Services
The scope includes the supply and installation of wooden flooring materials and provision of cleaning services as per technical specifications. Bidders must comply with all bidding document requirements and submit bids online via the Punjab e-procurement portal. The estimated price for the contract is Rs. 4,354,500/- with a bid security amount of Rs. 87,090/- (2% of estimated price).
Eligibility criteria include compliance with bidding document conditions, submission of bid security, and registration on the Punjab e-procurement system. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed.
Bids must be completed, signed, and stamped in full conformity with the bidding documents and submitted online by 1100 hours on or before August 27, 2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The entire responsibility for bid submission lies with the bidder.
