Integration of HVAC Facilities at Archive Building at CATI

The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi invites qualified contractors for the integration of HVAC facilities at the Archive Building located at CATI, Karachi. This project involves the provision, installation, testing, and commissioning of premium quality HVAC equipment including 5 units of 2 Ton Split ACs, 9 units of 4 Ton Floor Mounted ACs, and 2 units of 6 Ft Air Curtains. The scope also includes wiring works with 4 core, 6 mm² stranded copper conductor cables and associated electrical connections. The AC units must have DC inverter technology with T3 climate rating and conform to MEPS 3 or above, ensuring energy efficiency and durability with factory protective coatings on coils and conformally coated printed circuit boards. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with a minimum financial category of C-6 in the ME-01 specialization. Active registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and ATL status is mandatory. Experience in similar HVAC installation projects is required. Bidders must submit a Technical Bid including CNIC copies, valid PEC license, NTN certificate, affidavit of no blacklisting, and relevant technical data such as brochures and test reports. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal before the closing date, with original bid security instruments submitted physically before bid opening. The bid security and performance security requirements are as per PAA regulations. The contract duration is 90 days from the date of written order to commence work. The submission deadline and bid opening dates are as per EPADS schedule, with physical submission recommended but not mandatory.
