The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites qualified manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors, and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities to participate in the procurement of Interactive Screens with comprehensive support. This tender is specifically for the provision, supply, and installation of advanced interactive display technology at the IBA Main Campus, University Enclave, Karachi. Items being procured: - Interactive Flat Panel Display 86" C-Series with built-in camera & microphones, QLED 4K UHD, multi-touch, Android 15 OS, 1 Year warranty (3 units) - Interactive Flat Panel Display 65" C-Series with built-in camera & microphones, DLED 4K UHD, multi-touch, Android 15 OS, 1 Year warranty (1 unit) - Computer LCD Wall Mounted Display 86", commercial grade, fanless design, 1 Year warranty (3 units) - Windows Based Operating Compact System, Core i7 13th Gen, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Windows 11 licensed, 1 Year warranty (3 units) - Windows OPS Processor Core i7 13th Gen, 16GB RAM, 256GB SSD, Windows 11 licensed, 1 Year warranty (1 unit) - HDMI Switcher with cables (3 units) - Complete installation, commissioning, integration, testing, and training (1 job) The scope includes delivery to IBA stores, installation after office hours, integration with existing LED screens and desktops, and a one-year comprehensive onsite warranty. Only genuine and original items will be accepted. Bidders must be active taxpayers with NTN and STRN registration, have relevant experience of at least three years, and meet financial turnover criteria. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM at IBA Main Campus. Tender fee is Rs. 5,000 non-refundable. Bids must be submitted via the SPPRA EPADS portal by 03:00 PM on September 04, 2026, with original bid security delivered to the IBA Security Office, Gate #4, before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives. The tender follows Single Stage One Envelope procedure with 2% bid security.
