Tender Description
This tender invites qualified Internet Service Providers to supply and manage internet connectivity for the Embassy of Pakistan located in Dushanbe. The scope covers the entire Chancery Building, including 16 rooms, reception, consular hall, dining and meeting halls, gym, security room, garden, parking, stairways, balconies, and a swimming pool area.
The ISP must ensure robust, scalable internet service with unlimited upload and download capabilities, 24/7 technical and professional support, and strict confidentiality and security measures. The building's covered area is approximately 675.5 square meters, requiring reliable connectivity across multiple functional spaces. The provider should be capable of modifying internet connections as needed to meet operational demands.
Bidders should have a minimum of five years of experience, valid company registration, and a well-structured technical team. Compliance with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) categories is not applicable here, but bidders must ensure their FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status is current for the fiscal year 2025-26. This is essential to avoid disqualification and ensure smooth contract execution.
Submission deadline is set for 13th June 2024, with bids opening at 10:00 AM on the same day. Interested parties must submit sealed bids physically at the Embassy of Pakistan, Dushanbe. Ensure all mandatory documents, including company registration and technical staff details, are complete to avoid disqualification.
Pro-Tip: Pay close attention to the technical evaluation criteria, especially the mandatory fields and scoring system. Missing documentation or incomplete submissions are common pitfalls that lead to disqualification. Double-check your Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) and ensure your technical bid meets the 80/100 qualifying marks before submission.
