Supply of Desktop Computers, Printers, and Laptops for Deans

University of Sargodha invites bids for the procurement of computer equipment through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted online only via Punjab-eP by 06-10-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of firm representatives at the Directorate of Procurement & Stores, University of Sargodha, Sargodha. Items being procured: - Desktop Computer (03 Nos.) - Printer (03 Nos.) - Laptop for Deans (06 Nos.) The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 01 includes Desktop Computers and Printers, while Lot 02 covers Laptops for Deans. Bidders must submit a 3% earnest money as bid security separately for each lot through an online draw as per prescribed procedure on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal.
