Purchase of Customized Desktop Computer System with Installation and Commissioning

Bacha Khan University Charsadda invites sealed bids from well reputed manufacturers, authorized dealers, firms, distributors, and suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments and active on the FBR tax payer list. The procurement is for a customized desktop computer system including installation, commissioning, configuration, and test operation under the NRPU Project funded by HEC. Items being procured: - Customized Desktop Computer System with installation - Commissioning - Configuration - Test Operation The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per KPPRA rules. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the KPPRA EPAD System. Additionally, one hard copy each of the Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal in separate sealed envelopes must be submitted to the office of the Treasurer BKUC before the bid submission deadline. Bid Security of 2% of the total bid value in the form of a CDR in favor of the Treasurer Bacha Khan University Charsadda is mandatory. The original CDR must be enclosed with the Financial Proposal, and an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming the attachment of the original CDR must be enclosed with the Technical Proposal. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must also be uploaded on the KPPRA EPAD system. Bidding documents along with terms and conditions can be downloaded from www.bkuc.edu.pk, www.kppra.gov.pk, and the EPAD System. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with KPPRA Act and applicable rules. The bid submission deadline is on 13 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification.
