Provision of IT and Networking Equipment for Punjab Financial Advisory Services

Punjab Financial Advisory Services (PFAS) Lahore invites bids for the provision of IT and networking equipment. This procurement is managed by the Punjab Financial Advisory Services under the Finance Department, Government of Punjab, aimed at supporting public sector institutions with financial, fiscal, and management advisory services. Items being procured: - TV Screens & Interactive Screens - Networking Equipment & NAS Storage - Next-Generation Firewall & license - Display Monitors The procurement covers supply of advanced IT hardware including interactive TV screens, networking devices with NAS storage capabilities, next-generation firewall systems with licenses, and display monitors. The scope includes delivery to the PFAS office located at Imperium Tower, Lahore, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure and adherence to technical specifications. Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and possess valid registration with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax and Sales Tax. Firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order suppliers are invited to participate. Partial bidding within a lot is not allowed, but bidders may submit bids for multiple lots with separate bid securities. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker’s Cheque valid for six months is required. The tender submission deadline is 10th August 2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Manual or courier submissions will not be entertained. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders’ representatives. The estimated total cost is bold PKR 24,995,000 inclusive of all taxes.
