The Social Security Medical Centre (SSMC) at Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC), Karachi, invites sealed bids for the outsourcing of janitorial services for the hospital premises. This procurement aims to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors at one of Karachi's leading medical institutions. Items being procured: - Outsourcing of janitorial services for JPMC (SSMC) Karachi, including provision of all required manpower, cleaning materials, and equipment as per hospital standards. The scope of work covers comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of hospital wards, operation theatres, corridors, washrooms, and all public areas. Bidders must provide trained janitorial staff, cleaning chemicals, and modern equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness. The contract will be awarded for a period ending 30 June 2027, with performance evaluated regularly. Eligible firms must be registered with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of pay order or demand draft. Only those firms with at least 90 percent compliance to the technical evaluation criteria will be considered for financial opening. Tender documents (SBD) can be obtained from the SPPRA/EPADS portal or the office of the undersigned during working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted by 24 September 2026 at 10:30 AM to the office of the Medical Superintendent, JPMC (SSMC), Karachi. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
