Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments as active filers and must also be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PS). Copies of all valid registration certificates are to be enclosed with the bid. A CDR or pay order of Rs. 1.2 million in favor of TDCP is required as earnest money/bid security.
