Laying of Drinking Water Supply Pipe line for Mouza Mir Pur from Noushero Water Supply Source Distt Jhal Magsi Under BSDI Phase-II

The Public Health Engineering Division Jhal Magsi invites sealed percentage rate bids based on Composite Schedule of Rates 2026 from interested contractors and manufacturing firms for the BSDI PHASE-III 2026-27 works. The tender includes the following items: - Supply of Pipe line 8" dia HDPE from Noushero Source to Village Pat Kalra (Rs. 27.126 Million) - Supply of Pipe line 4" dia HDPE from Village Pat Kalra to Mir Pur (Rs. 14.314 Million) - Construction of 50000 Gln Overhead Water Tank and installation of Pipe line from Sargani Source to Jhal Magsi Town (Rs. 59.360 Million) - Supply of Pipe line 6" dia HDPE from Sargani Source to Village Mazarani (Rs. 23.660 Million) The scope covers laying and installation of HDPE pipelines and construction of overhead water tank under BSDI Phase-III in Jhal Magsi district. Procurement will be conducted under BPP Rules 2014. Eligibility requires contractors to have valid registration with tax authorities including BRA, NTN, and Sales tax department, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration. Minimum three assignments of similar nature with at least 50% of estimated cost and no general work order turnover below 70% are required. The contractor must not be blacklisted by any procurement agency or private organization. Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of non-refundable fee through Green Challan & B-PRA Challan. Tender forms/documents will be issued to contractors/firms on publication of notice on authority website. The last date for submission is 14.09.2026 till 10:00 AM at the office of the undersigned. Tender opening will be same day at 11:00 AM. In case of public holiday, tender will be opened next working day. Tender committee reserves the right to change quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
