Lean Integrated Management System (LIMS) Implementation, Training, Compliance and International Certificate

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling eligibility criteria as per the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Lean Integrated Management System (LIMS) Implementation - Training - Compliance - International Certificate The project is divided into three phases: Phase I involves Systems Development over 8 weeks, Phase II covers System Implementation and Auditing for 8 weeks, and Phase III includes International Certification lasting 2 to 3 weeks. Bidders must submit a comprehensive set of documents including registration/pre-qualification letters, sales tax registration, NTN certificate, audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statements, CNIC copies, trade links, judicial certificates, and documentary evidence of contracts or work experience with government or semi-government organizations. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila.
