Procurement, Implementation, Configuration, and Support of a Learning Management System for USTP Project

The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences And Technology GIKI in Swabi, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is procuring a comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS) for the USTP Project. This procurement covers the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of the LMS platform tailored to meet the needs of multiple departments and training batches simultaneously. The system must be web-based, support containerized deployment, scalable for high concurrent users, secure with HTTPS/SSL, and capable of integration with email and notification services. Eligible bidders must have at least three years of relevant experience in deploying and maintaining LMS solutions, possess valid NTN, STRN, and ATL registration, and demonstrate financial soundness. The procurement follows a Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method with a technical passing score of 60%. Bidders must submit their bids through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline.
