LEASE: Establish and Operate Main Airport Taxi / Cab Service at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids for the lease concession to establish and operate the main Airport Taxi / Cab Service at Jinnah International Airport Karachi. The lease period is five years with a 10% annual enhancement on a cumulative basis for subsequent years. The concession includes outsourcing of two counters, each measuring 40 sqft, located at Level-I Room No.6035 and one counter each inside Jinnah Domestic and International Terminals, as well as the Arrival Lounges of Jinnah Terminal, Karachi. Items being leased: - Main Airport Taxi / Cab Service concession - Two counters at Level-I, Room No.6035, each 40 sqft - One counter inside Jinnah Domestic Terminal - One counter inside Jinnah International Terminal - Counters at Arrival Lounges of Jinnah Terminal The lease requires bidders to be registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Eligibility is based on 80% weightage in technical evaluation. Tender forms can be obtained upon written request with CNIC and NTN certificates and payment of Rs. 5,000 via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes separately marked as Technical and Financial offers and placed in one envelope. Submission is at the Main Conference Room (Room No.6035) at Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi by the specified deadline. Technical bids will be opened half an hour after submission in the presence of bidders. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per law. Defaulters of PAA dues are ineligible. Fake documents or pay orders will lead to cancellation and blacklisting. Outstanding dues must be cleared before financial bid opening.
