The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Base Masroor invites sealed tenders and quotations from registered firms, companies, and Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) for the rental of PAF A-1 Land categorized as 'A'. The lease opportunity is located at Hawksbay Road, Karachi, and includes a petrol pump with a covered area of 4517 square yards, as well as parking, recreational room, and staff facilities covering 1044 square yards. Items being leased: - Petrol Pump with covered area of 4517 Sq Yds at Hawksbay Road, Karachi - Parking, recreational room, and staff facilities covering 1044 Sq Yds at Hawksbay Road, Karachi The lease is offered by the Pakistan Air Force, Karachi. Interested firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and comply with the terms and conditions outlined. These include submitting an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted or involved in litigation, providing a bank-issued account maintenance certificate and account statement for the last 12 months, and depositing a security amount of Rs 3.0 Million via Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of 'O i/c NPF Flt' at the time of financial bid submission. This security will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders. Eligible bidders include companies, firms, and OMCs with relevant experience in similar fields anywhere in Pakistan. The initial contract term is five years, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance. The last date for tender submission is **07 September 2026 at 1000 Hrs**, with opening scheduled the same day at 1200 Hrs. Late submissions will not be entertained.
