LEASE: University Refreshment/Fruit Shop (18x12 ft) at FJWU Campus-I

Fatima Jinnah Women University, located at The Mall, Rawalpindi, is inviting sealed bids for the lease of its university shop at Campus-I. The university is offering a single shop for rent, specifically a Refreshment/Fruit Shop with a size of 18 feet by 12 feet. This opportunity is open to all interested parties who meet the eligibility criteria and are looking to operate a refreshment or fruit shop within the university premises. Items being leased: - Refreshment/Fruit Shop (Size: 18 ft x 12 ft, 1 No) The minimum annual rent for the shop is set at Rs.366,000, and all bidders are required to submit a bid security of 5 percent, which amounts to Rs.18,300. Only those bidders who are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and are active tax filers will be considered. The university emphasizes that bidders must be economically sound and experienced in relevant business operations. Bids must be accompanied by earnest money in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi. No crossed cheques, bank challans, or cash will be accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 19th August 2026 at the Purchase Office, Campus-I. Tender documents can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab PPRA website or the university website after publication of the notice. The procurement method is Single Stage – Single Envelope, and evaluation will be based on technical compliance and the highest evaluated bid as per PPRA 2014 rules. Bids must be dropped in the Tender Box at the university office between 0800 and 1100 hours on 27th August 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. No bids will be accepted after 1100 hours. In case the deadline falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered.
