The Office of the Town Committee Kot Diji, Taluka Kot Diji, invites bids for the lease of various taxes and fees for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specific to the Vegetable and Fruit Market taxes and fees in Kot Diji, Sindh. The auction will be conducted through an open auction process before the Chairman and the Auction Committee of the Town Committee Kot Diji. Items being procured: - Lease of Vegetable & Fruit Market taxes and fees The auction process will be held at the Office of the Chairman, Town Committee Hall Kot Diji, with the first attempt scheduled for 16-07-2026 at 12:30 PM. If the taxes/fees are not leased out on the first attempt, a second attempt will be held on 20-07-2026, and if still not leased, a third and final auction will take place on 23-07-2026 at the same venue and time. The terms and conditions include the requirement of a call deposit equal to 10% of the official bid amount, which must be submitted in the form of a call deposit only. Defaulters will not be allowed to participate in the auctions. Contractors must produce two witnesses equal to half the amount of the contractor before a first-class magistrate before taking possession. All other terms and conditions can be reviewed at the office of the undersigned during official working hours.
