LEASE: Renting Out Printing and Composing Shop at Fatima Jinnah Women University Campus-I

Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU), Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for renting out its shop located within the University Premises at Campus-I. The specific property available for lease is a Printing and Composing Shop measuring 18 feet by 12 feet, with a quantity of 1 unit. Items being leased: - Printing and composing shop (Size: 18' x 12') - 01 No The lease is for the annual rent of Rs. 2,276,496 with a bid security of 5% amounting to Rs. 113,825. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be economically sound and experienced. The University reserves the right to reject any bids or proposals without justification. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 21st September 2026 at 11:30 Hours at the Purchase Office, and all interested parties are advised to attend. Earnest money in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi is mandatory. No other instruments will be accepted. Tender documents are available on Punjab PPRA and the university website free of cost after publication. Evaluation will be done as per rule 38-A of PPRA rules 2014, with the technically compliant and highest evaluated bid accepted. Bids must be dropped at the Purchase Office between 0800 to 1100 hours on 29th September 2026, with opening at 1130 hours the same day. Late bids will not be accepted.
