Supply and Installation of High Refresh Rate Outdoor SMD LED Display Module and Pole Mounted Unit

The Cantonment Board Malir, under the Military Lands & Cantonments Department, invites sealed bids from suppliers, contractors, wholesalers, or original equipment manufacturers for the supply and installation of high refresh rate outdoor SMD LED display modules and pole mounted units. This procurement is being conducted under the single stage two envelope procedure as per Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules 2004. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and possess valid income tax and sales tax registration. Items being procured: - Supply & Installation (commissioning/testing) of 05 Pcs Outdoor SMD High Refresh Rate 7680Hz LED Display Module (dual side, 44 Units) - LED Display Module: 5.8ft x 1.8ft (dual side, 44 Units) - Outdoor SMD High Refresh Rate LED Display Module Pole Mounted at Malir Cantt The technical scope includes the provision, installation, and commissioning of high refresh rate LED display modules suitable for outdoor use, with each module measuring 5.8ft by 1.8ft and dual-sided for maximum visibility. The modules are to be pole mounted at designated locations within Malir Cantt, Karachi. Bidders are required to provide a sample of the LED display module along with complete technical specifications for evaluation. All equipment and materials must be new and conform to the required standards. Eligible bidders must submit valid FBR registration certificates and demonstrate experience in similar supply and installation projects. Earnest money and bid security requirements are as per the tender documents. Bidding documents can be obtained for a fee of PKR 2,000, and the pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2026-08-16 at 03:00 pm at the office of Cantonment Board Malir Cantt, Bostan Line. The deadline for submission of bids is 2026-08-21. Bids must be valid for 180 days from the date of submission. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount.
