Local Purchase of Medicine and Surgical Disposable Items for Allied Hospital in Faisalabad

The Government of Punjab Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department invites applications from firms with established credentials in technical, financial, and managerial capabilities for pre-qualification of bidders. This is for the local purchase of medicine and surgical disposable items on a day-to-day basis for Allied Hospital in Faisalabad. The procurement period covers from 1st October 2026 to 30th September 2027. Items being procured: - Medicine - Surgical disposable items The scope includes supply of medicines and surgical disposables as per hospital requirements throughout the financial year. Bidders must ensure quality compliance and timely delivery to the hospital site in Faisalabad. The procurement is managed under the guidelines issued by the Government of Punjab Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department vide letter No. SO(P-I)/H/LP Guidelines/2023 dated 09.01.2023. Eligibility criteria require firms to have valid FBR registration and ATL status, along with proven experience in supplying medical and surgical consumables to healthcare institutions. Earnest money in the form of an irrevocable Bank Guarantee or CDR amounting to Rs 50,000 is mandatory for each bid. The bid security must be issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned, failing which the tender will be rejected. Bids will be received on E-pad or walk-in application basis until the closing date of 31st August 2026 for registration. Qualification validity extends up to 30th September 2027.
