Tender Description
The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from reputable organizations for the maintenance of PR/DR Centers hardware and software infrastructure along with onsite inventory maintenance of consumable spare parts. This procurement is specific to the Bank of Punjab located in Lahore, Punjab.

The scope includes comprehensive maintenance services covering both hardware and software components of the PR/DR centers. The service provider will be responsible for ensuring the operational integrity and availability of the infrastructure, as well as managing the inventory of consumable spare parts onsite. Bidders must be well-versed in IT infrastructure maintenance and have the capability to provide timely and effective support.
Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and GST registration certificates. Bidders must submit a bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost via 1Link or Bank Guarantee options digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bidding process follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure, ensuring technical bids are evaluated before financial bids.
Bid documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by **22-Sep-2026 (11:00 am)**. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date to be announced.
