Tender Description

The Buildings Division Layyah invites engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for financial year 2026-27 to participate in e-tendering for various maintenance, repair, and construction works in Layyah district. The procurement is conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System, ensuring transparency and compliance with PPRA rules. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of Sewerage System with Disposal Pump & Upgradation of Water Supply System in Judicial Complex Layyah - Construction of 12 Class Rooms & 4 Wash Rooms at Govt. Graduate College Karor, Layyah - Maintenance & Repair to District Jail, Layyah - Maintenance & Repair to Association Barracks in District Jail, Layyah - Maintenance & Repair to PWD Colony, Layyah (FY 2026-27) - Maintenance & Repair to Wahdat Colony, Layyah (FY 2026-27) - Maintenance & Repair to Judicial Complex, Layyah (FY 2026-27) - Maintenance & Repair to Judicial Colony, Layyah (FY 2026-27) - Maintenance & Repair to Deputy Director (Colleges), Layyah (FY 2026-27) - Maintenance & Repair to DC Camp Office & Adjoining Offices Layyah The scope includes civil works such as rehabilitation, repair, and construction of buildings and infrastructure within Layyah district. Contractors must quote rates online on an item rate basis against each item of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) available on the Punjab e-Procurement website. Earnest money at 5% of the bid value must be submitted electronically through the system. Performance Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount is required from the lowest evaluated bidder. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration in the relevant category for FY 2026-27, FBR registration, and compliance with Punjab PPRA rules. Bids must be submitted electronically; manual or physical bids will not be accepted. The tender documents are available online and must be duly signed and attested. The last date for submission is 28 September 2026. Bidders should ensure timely submission through the Punjab e-Procurement portal. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
