The Pakistan Navy Military Engineer Services invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for maintenance works under GE (Navy) Maint Islamabad Sector E-8. Eligibility requires firms/contractors to be on the approved MES contractors list or have relevant experience. The contractor must provide valid Registration Certificates including Pakistan Engineering Council, Bank Statement, General Sales Tax (GST) Registration, NTN Certificate, and a list of moveable and immoveable assets. Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost of bid in the form of a Pay Order or Deposit at Call is required. Contractors not on the approved MES list must furnish financial standing proof and a statement of work executed in the last two years attested by a Class-1 Gazetted Officer.
