Major Renovation Works of NBP Bharat Branch, R.O Sialkot

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing Central) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 for the Major Renovation Works of NBP Bharat Branch, R.O Sialkot. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with a contract period of 120 days. The scope includes dismantling of existing masonry walls, false ceilings, cash counters, flooring, electrical and plumbing fixtures, reinforcement cement concrete works, brick masonry, plastering, PCC flooring, porcelain tiles, wooden textured tiles, granite skirting, glass doors and partitions, wooden doors, false ceilings, aluminum windows, blinds, railing, front elevation tiles and glazing, safety grills, collapsible doors, steel doors, wooden wall cladding, PVC wall panels, cash counters, wooden cabinets, gypsum sheet false ceilings, electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, air conditioning units, plumbing fixtures, water supply and drainage systems, and furniture including branch manager tables, officer tables, revolving chairs, sofas, and other related works as per detailed BOQs and technical specifications. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, active on FBR Active Taxpayer List and Provincial Revenue Board, and have completed at least three similar projects costing not less than Rs. 4.0 million in the last three years. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on September 22, 2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. A bid security of Rs. 300,000 in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft must accompany the bid, with the original submitted to the Engineering Wing Central, NBP RHQ Building, Lahore before the bid submission deadline. The procurement will be conducted under Single Stage One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated based on compliance with specifications, eligibility, and lowest evaluated cost. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous bidder meeting all criteria. The Procuring agency/Employer reserves the right to reject all bids.
