Remodeling & Modification Works in Existing 2nd Floor of TMA Building Including Partitions & Construction of New Toilet Block for HAZECO Offices Abbottabad

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the remodeling and modification works in the existing 2nd floor of the TMA Building including partitions and construction of a new toilet block for HAZECO offices in Abbottabad. This procurement is under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using the Single Stage One Envelope e-Bidding method through EPADS v2.0 portal. Items being procured: - Dismantling brick work in cement mortar (31.36 Cum) - Dismantling tile flooring (85.56 Sqm) - Removing door/window frames (12 Nos) - Construction of precast cement concrete solid or face blocks masonry (32 Cum) - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing (20.034 Cum and 6.762 Cum) - Cement plaster 13mm thick (376.464 Sqm) - Glazed tiles dado 6mm thick (180 Sqm) - Flooring with glazed tiles 6mm thick (98 Sqm) - False ceiling with iron L & T section and gypsum board (400 Sqm) - Hard board sheets fixed in panels with insulation (665.45 Sqm) - Aluminum doors closer and door locks (40 each) - Painting, distempering, weather shield paint (various quantities) - Plumbing fixtures including water closets, wash basins, geysers, pipes, valves - Electrical works including recessed mounting light fixtures, down lights, fans, exhaust fans, distribution boards, wiring, switches, and sockets - Interior designing and space planning services for TMA building (26884.26 Sft) - Provision and installation of office name plates, directional signage, navigation map boards (80 each) - Glass fixed panels and swing doors fabrication and installation - Roller blinds installation - PVC wall paneling - Site cleaning before handing over The scope includes all civil, electrical, plumbing, and interior finishing works as per detailed specifications and drawings. The contract requires PEC registration C-6 & above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, minimum five years construction experience, and completion of at least two similar civil contracts in the last five years with minimum 50% of the estimated cost. Bidders must submit bids through EPADS v2.0 by 25th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory. Bidders quoting 10% or more below the estimate must submit an additional 2% bid security. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. The contract duration is 60 days from the start date. Performance security of 10% of contract price in the form of bank guarantee is required. No manual bids will be accepted. The work site is Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
