Major Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP AOC Morgah Branch (0639) RO Rawalpindi

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids for the major renovation and refurbishment works of its AOC Morgah Branch (0639) located in Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Dismantling works including masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring, tiles, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures - Reinforced cement concrete works (RCC walls, beams, lintels, slabs) - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry work with cement sand mortar - Plaster work of various thicknesses - Plain cement concrete (PCC) under floor and flooring - Porcelain tiles of various sizes and colors - Wooden textured and laminated flooring - Granite skirting, stair and entrance podium - Glass doors and wooden doors - Glass partitions and wooden partitions - Internal and external paint works - Wooden cabinets and kitchen cabinets - Gypsum sheet false ceiling and wooden false ceiling - Aluminum windows and louvers - Roller blinds and stainless steel railings - Safety grills and GI shutters - Steel doors for ATM, guard room and emergency exit - Wooden wall and column cladding - Cash counters and termite proofing - Repair of aluminum windows - Tough tiles and fiber glass parking shed - Logo/theme wall and main holes - Concrete pavers and imported frost paper - Stainless steel planters and trash bins - Electrical wiring including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, industrial sockets, data/voice/TV wiring, main telephone cable - Electrical LT cabling and fittings - Lighting fixtures including LED panel lights, down lights, fans, power sockets - Cable containment including PVC conduits and dura ducts - Floor boxes, technological boxes, pull boxes, data/voice fixtures - Distribution boards and internal components including MCBs and MCCBs - Burglar alarm system wiring and devices - Earthing system with copper plates - Fire extinguishers - Copper pipes and control cables - CCTV wiring - Shifting of generator DB and electrical distribution - As built drawings - Air conditioning units of various capacities - Plumbing fixtures and water supply system - Soil, waste vent and rain water drainage system - External sewer and manholes - Branch manager and office furniture The scope covers all works as per the detailed Bill of Quantities and technical specifications. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04. They must have completed at least three similar projects costing not less than Rs. 4.0 million in the last three years. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 15 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque or demand draft is required. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. Technical and financial evaluation will be conducted as per PPRA rules. The contract period is 150 days with liquidated damages of 0.1% per day up to 10% of contract price for delay. Bidders are advised to visit the site and examine all conditions before bidding.
