Tender Description
The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids for the major renovation and refurbishment works of its AOC Morgah Branch (0639) located in Rawalpindi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
Items being procured:
- Dismantling works including masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring, tiles, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures
- Reinforced cement concrete works (RCC walls, beams, lintels, slabs)
- Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars
- Brick masonry work with cement sand mortar
- Plaster work of various thicknesses
- Plain cement concrete (PCC) under floor and flooring
- Porcelain tiles of various sizes and colors
- Wooden textured and laminated flooring
- Granite skirting, stair and entrance podium
- Glass doors and wooden doors
- Glass partitions and wooden partitions
- Internal and external paint works
- Wooden cabinets and kitchen cabinets
- Gypsum sheet false ceiling and wooden false ceiling
- Aluminum windows and louvers
- Roller blinds and stainless steel railings
- Safety grills and GI shutters
- Steel doors for ATM, guard room and emergency exit

The scope covers all works as per the detailed Bill of Quantities and technical specifications. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04. They must have completed at least three similar projects costing not less than Rs. 4.0 million in the last three years. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 15 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque or demand draft is required. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder.
The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. Technical and financial evaluation will be conducted as per PPRA rules. The contract period is 150 days with liquidated damages of 0.1% per day up to 10% of contract price for delay. Bidders are advised to visit the site and examine all conditions before bidding.
