Major Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP Daultala Branch (0803) RO Jhelum

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the major renovation and refurbishment works of NBP Daultala Branch (0803) RO Jhelum. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Dismantling works including masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring, tiles, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures, M.S grills - Reinforcement cement concrete (3000 PSI) for walls, beams, lintels, shelves, slabs - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry work with cement sand mortar - Plaster work of various thicknesses - Plain cement concrete (PCC) under floor and flooring - Porcelain tiles of various types and sizes - Wooden textured and laminated flooring - Granite skirting, stair and entrance podium - Glass doors and partitions - Wooden doors, partitions, cabinets, false ceilings, rafters, cornices - Aluminum windows, louvers, roller blinds - Stainless steel railings, safety grills, G.I shutters, steel doors - Wooden wall/column cladding, PVC wall panels - Cash counters, wooden drawers - Termite proofing, repair of aluminum windows - Tuff tiles, fiber glass parking shed - Logo/theme wall, roof treatment works - Plumbing fixtures and installation including European style W.C., wash basins, kitchen sinks, toilet accessories - Water supply system with PP-R pipes, brass valves, hot water storage heaters, water tanks - Soil, waste, vent and rain water drainage system with UPVC pipes and fittings - External sewer and manholes construction - Office furniture including branch manager table, officer tables, credenza, drawer pedestals, CPU trolleys, revolving chairs, visitor chairs, waiting benches, reception chairs, sofas, tables, reception counter - Electrical wiring including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, industrial sockets - Cable containment with PVC conduits and dura ducts - Data, voice, TV wiring and fixtures - Distribution boards and internal components including MCBs, MCCBs, change over switches - Burglar alarm system wiring and devices - Earthing system with copper plates and rods - Fire extinguishers - Air conditioning units of various capacities with installation and shifting of existing units The technical scope covers all materials, workmanship, and services as per detailed BOQs and specifications. Bidders must be registered with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, and Pakistan Engineering Council with PEC category C-6 or above and specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal by Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted.
