Major Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP Dina Branch (0616) RO Jhelum

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids for the major renovation and refurbishment works of NBP Dina Branch (0616) RO Jhelum. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Dismantling works including masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring, tiles, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures, M.S grills - Reinforcement cement concrete 3000 PSI for walls, beams, lintels, shelves, slabs - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 deformed bars - Brick masonry work of various thicknesses - Plaster work of 12mm and 19mm thickness - P.C.C under floor and flooring of various thicknesses - Porcelain tiles flooring and wall tiles - Wooden textured tiles and laminated flooring - Granite skirting, stair and entrance podium - Glass doors and wooden doors - Glass partitions and wooden partitions - Internal and external paint works - Wooden cabinets and kitchen cabinets - Gypsum sheet false ceiling and wooden false ceiling - Aluminum windows, louvers, roller blinds - Stainless steel railings, safety grills, G.I shutters - Steel doors for ATM, guard room, emergency exit - Wooden wall and column cladding - Cash counters and termite proofing - Repair work of aluminum windows - Tuff tiles and fiber glass parking shed - Logo/theme wall - Roof treatment works including waterproofing - Concrete pavers and utility counters - Plumbing fixtures including European style W.C., wash basins, kitchen sinks, toilet accessories - Water supply system with PP-R pipes, G.I pipes, valves, hot water storage heaters - Soil, waste vent and rain water drainage system with UPVC pipes and fittings - External sewer and manholes - Office furniture including branch manager table, officer tables, credenza, drawer pedestals, CPU trolleys, revolving chairs, visitor chairs, waiting benches, reception chairs, sofas, center and side tables, reception counter - Electrical wiring including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, industrial sockets - Cable containment with PVC conduits and dura ducts - Data, voice and TV wiring - Main and sub main electrical cables - Fittings, fixtures and accessories including lights, fans, power sockets - Burglar alarm system wiring and devices - Earthing system - Fire extinguishers - CCTV wiring - Air conditioning units of various capacities - Standard strong room door fire proof The scope includes all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, testing, commissioning, and compliance with specifications and drawings as directed by the Engineer. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, active on FBR Active Taxpayer List and Punjab Revenue Authority, and not blacklisted. The contract duration is 150 days with a bid validity of 359 days. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by 15 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical and financial proposals must comply with the bidding documents. A bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque or demand draft is required. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder. Bidders are advised to carefully examine the site and bidding documents.
