Tender Description
The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing Central) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Major Renovation & Refurbishment Works of NBP Main Branch Attock (0315) RO Mardan. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
Items being procured include comprehensive civil works such as dismantling of existing masonry walls, false ceilings, cash counters, flooring, tiles cladding, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures, MS grills, and disposal of debris. Reinforced cement concrete works with 3000 PSI strength, steel reinforcement, brick masonry, plaster work, PCC flooring, porcelain tiles, wooden textured tiles, wooden laminated floors, granite skirting, glass doors and partitions, wooden doors, aluminum windows, roller blinds, railings, safety grills, steel doors for ATM and guard rooms, wooden wall cladding, PVC wall panels, cash counters, termite proofing, repair works, tough tiles, fiber glass parking shed, wooden hanging beams, logo/theme walls, roof treatment, main holes, concrete pavers, utility counters, imported frost paper, NBP logos, stainless steel planters and trash bins, enamel paint, 3D-view design/drawings, plumbing fixtures, water supply systems, soil and rainwater drainage, external sewer and manholes, furniture including branch manager tables, officer tables, credenzas, drawer pedestals, CPU trolleys, revolving chairs, visitor chairs, waiting benches, reception chairs, sofas, conference tables and chairs, electrical wiring, lighting, fans, power sockets, cable containment, data/voice wiring, distribution boards, security devices, earthing systems, CCTV wiring, fire extinguishers, AC units, and related accessories.
The technical scope covers all materials, workmanship, and installation as per detailed specifications and drawings. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 or above with specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04, be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR, and have completed at least three similar projects of banks, financial institutions, or national/multinational companies above Rs. 25 million in the last three years.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft must be submitted physically to the specified address before the bid submission deadline. Technical and financial proposals will be evaluated based on LCBS criteria.
The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA rules. The contract performance guarantee is 10% of the contract price. The contract duration is 180 days from commencement. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents, visit the site, and ensure compliance with all eligibility and technical requirements.
