Major Renovation & Refurbishment Work for the Office of GM Multan at NBP Regional Office Building, Multan

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering) invites sealed bids for the Major Renovation & Refurbishment Work for the Office of GM Multan at NBP Regional Office Building, Multan. This procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 and will be executed under a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The work includes dismantling existing masonry walls, false ceilings, tile flooring/walls, doors, windows, glass work, electrical and plumbing fittings, shifting of existing branch furniture and heavy duty safes, brick masonry work, plaster work, PCC flooring, porcelain tiles, granite skirting and thresholds, glass doors, wooden doors and partitions, carpet tiles, wooden cabinets, gypsum sheet false ceiling, blinds, wooden textured tiles, laminated flooring, aluminum windows, safety grills, wall cladding, termite proofing, wooden false ceiling, wooden pelmet, glass frosted glitter paper, aluminum window repairs, stainless steel planters and trash bins, LED panelling, wallpaper, cement board sheets, plumbing fixtures including European style W.C., wash basins, toilet accessories, water supply system with polypropylene and G.I pipes, soil waste vent and rain water drainage system with UPVC pipes, electrical wiring including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, data/voice/TV wiring, lighting fixtures including LED panel lights, fans, power sockets, data/voice fixtures, telephone junction boxes, copper piping for split AC units, and other related works as per detailed specifications and drawings. The contract duration is 120 days with a bid security of Rs. 250,000 in the form of Pay Order or Banker's Cheque.
