Major Renovation Works of NBP Main Branch Mian Channu, R.O. Vehari

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing Central) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the Major Renovation Works of NBP Main Branch Mian Channu, R.O. Vehari. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and includes comprehensive civil, plumbing, electrical, air-conditioning, and furniture works. Items being procured: - Dismantling and removal of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, cash counters, flooring, wall tiles, ramps, marble, steel doors, windows, glass works, electrical and plumbing fixtures, M.S grills, roof treatment, and debris disposal - Reinforced cement concrete works including RCC walls, beams, lintels, slabs - Steel reinforcement with Grade 60 steel bars - Brick masonry work with cement sand mortar - Plaster work of various thicknesses - Plain and reinforced cement concrete flooring - Porcelain tiles, wooden textured tiles, granite skirting, thresholds, and vanity counters - Glass doors, wooden doors, glass partitions with and without wooden frames - Bulkhead/dry partitions, low height wooden partitions - Internal painting works including plastic emulsion and weather shield paint - Wooden cabinets, kitchen cabinets - Gypsum sheet false ceiling, laminated gypsum tile false ceiling, aluminium perforated false ceiling, wooden false ceiling - Wooden rafters and cornices - Aluminium windows, aluminium louver shutters and cabinets - Roller blinds, stainless steel railings - Front elevation tiles and glazing with frosting - Safety grills, collapsible doors, steel doors for ATM and guard rooms - Wooden wall and column cladding, PVC wall panels - Cash counters, termite proofing - Tuff tiles, wooden hanging beams, logo/theme wall - Roof treatment including screeding, waterproofing, main hole construction - Plumbing fixtures including European style W.Cs, wash basins, kitchen sinks, accessories - Water supply system with polypropylene pipes, brass valves, hot water heaters, water tanks, pumps - Soil, waste, vent and rain water drainage system with UPVC pipes, floor traps, rain water gratings - External sewer and manholes with UPVC pipes, gully traps, manholes - Electrical wiring including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, industrial sockets - Data, voice and TV wiring with Cat 6E cables, telephone cables, TV points - Electrical LT cabling with PVC insulated copper cables - Fittings, fixtures and accessories including LED lights, fans, power sockets, cable containment - Distribution boards and internal components including MCBs, MCCBs, change over switches - Burglar alarm system wiring and devices - Earthing system with chemical and copper plate types - Fire extinguishers, car parking and gate lights - CCTV wiring - Air-conditioning works with wall mounted DC inverter AC units of 1.0 and 1.5 ton capacity, copper piping, frames, ducts, drain piping, removal and reinstallation of existing units - Furniture works including branch manager table, officer tables, credenza, drawer pedestals, CPU trolleys, revolving chairs, visitor chairs, waiting benches, sofas, center and side tables, reception counter The scope includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and all related works as per specifications, drawings, and instructions of the Engineer. Bidders must be registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority, hold valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization CE-10 & EE-04, and have completed at least three similar projects costing not less than Rs. 4 million in the last three years. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on September 22, 2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders must provide bid security of Rs. 750,000 in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, or bank guarantee. The contract will be awarded on least cost based selection (LCBS) basis. The contract period is 150 days from commencement. The Procuring agency/Employer reserves the right to reject all bids. The successful bidder will provide a performance guarantee of 10% of contract price. The Procuring agency/Employer has constituted a Grievance Redressal Committee for complaint resolution. Bidders are advised to visit the site and examine all conditions before bidding.
