Items being procured: - Providing and fixing missing manhole covers, safety nets, and nullah slabs in the jurisdiction of District Council Rawalpindi (Estimated Cost: Rs. 19,800,000) - P/F of safety railing and construction of safety walls on the sides of culverts/bridges in the jurisdiction of District Council Rawalpindi (Estimated Cost: Rs. 19,700,000) - Covering/improvement of wells in UCs Kanoha, Bhalakhar, Choa Khalsa, Smot, Guff, Ghazanabad, Bishandot, Nala Musalmana, Dobairan etc. Tehsil Kallar Syedan (Estimated Cost: Rs. 49,392,000) The technical scope includes the supply and installation of manhole covers and safety nets, construction of safety railings and walls for culverts and bridges, and comprehensive improvement of wells across multiple union councils. All works must comply with PPRA and EP system requirements, and contractors are required to quote item-wise rates. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors as per PPRA rules, with valid FBR/ATL registration. Earnest money ranging from Rs. 985,000 to Rs. 2,469,600 is required, depending on the lot. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EP system by the deadline. The opening of bids will take place at the District Council Rawalpindi office in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.
