Manufacturing and Repairing of Francis Turbine and Parts for Kel Kalalote Power Station

Sealed bids are invited from reputed firms and companies having relevant experience in manufacturing and repairing of turbine and their parts (Francis Turbine) registered with PEC and having their own workshop facility for manufacturing, repairing, installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical parts of Francis turbine with capacity 250kw for Kel Kalalote Power Station near Neelum Valley, Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Items being procured: - Manufacturing and repairing of Francis Turbine parts The tender document containing all detailed specifications, drawings and scope of work can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon submission of a bank draft of Rs. 10,000 in favor of MD AJK PDO. Bids must be submitted sealed on or before 28-08-2026 and will be opened the same day at 12:00 hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of the undersigned. CDR amounting to Rs. 9,000 in shape of pay order or bank draft in favor of Deputy Director AJK Power Development Organization Muzaffarabad must be enclosed with the bid. Bids without CDR will be rejected. The bidding process will be based on Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per AJK PPRA Rules. All kinds of taxes will be deducted from invoice/bill as per prevailing rules enforced in AJK. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per AJK PPRA Rules. Bids received after the due date and time will not be entertained. Blacklisted firms, companies, suppliers, distributors, contractors are prohibited from participation. All bidders must furnish an affidavit/certificate that they are neither blacklisted nor in conflict with the government anywhere in the territory of AJK, State Federal, Administered Areas or Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
