Manufacturing and Repairing of Francis Turbine and Parts for Kel Kalalote Power Station Neelum Valley AJK

AJ&K Power Development Organization Muzaffarabad invites sealed bids from reputed firms and companies with relevant experience in manufacturing and repairing turbine and their parts (Francis Turbine) registered with PEC and having their own workshop facility for manufacturing, repairing, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical parts of Francis turbine with capacity 250kW for Kel Kalalote Power Station Neelum Valley AJK. Items being procured: - Manufacturing and repairing of Francis turbine and parts The scope includes manufacturing, repairing, installation, testing, and commissioning of turbine parts conforming to relevant IEC standards. Bidders must have completed at least two similar jobs and possess their own workshop facility. The tender document with detailed specifications, drawings, and scope can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon submission of a bank draft of Rs. 10,000 in favor of MD AJK PDO. Eligibility requires PEC registration, relevant experience, and submission of a CDR amounting to Rs. 90,000 in shape of pay order or bank draft in favor of Dy. Director (O&M) AJK Power Development Organization Muzaffarabad. Bids without CDR will be rejected. The bidding process follows the single stage single envelope procedure as per AJK PPRA rules. All taxes will be deducted as per prevailing rules. Blacklisted firms or those in conflict with government anywhere in AJK or Pakistan are prohibited. Sealed bids must be submitted on or before 11:30 HRS dated 28-08-2026 and will be opened the same day at 12:00 HRS in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of the undersigned.
