Supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of imported medical furniture for 200 bedded Mother and Child Hospital and Nursing College, Bahawalnagar

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of imported medical furniture. This procurement is for the establishment of a 200 bedded Mother and Child Hospital and Nursing College located in Bahawalnagar, Punjab. Items being procured: - Imported medical furniture (Package No. 8, Lot-B) This tender covers the full scope of medical furniture required for a large-scale healthcare facility, including delivery on DAP basis. The furniture must meet high standards suitable for hospital and nursing college use, ensuring durability and compliance with medical requirements. The procurement is managed by IDAP, headquartered in Lahore, with the project site in Bahawalnagar. Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS system of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and comply with PPRA Rules 2014 (amended). The estimated cost is approximately **PKR 90 Million** with a bid security of **PKR 1,800,000**. Bidders should have relevant experience in supplying medical furniture and valid FBR/ATL registration.
