Procurement of Medical and Hospital Supplies for King Abdullah Teaching Hospital Mansehra

King Abdullah Teaching Hospital Mansehra is inviting quotations through EPADS for direct contracting of various medical and hospital supplies for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is based on a Single Stage-Single Envelope bidding method with the last date for submission on 10th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. The quotation opening will be held the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives if they wish to attend. Items being procured: - Complete investigation Pathology for admitted patients SSP - Complete investigation Radiology/Ultrasound/MRI/CT Scan/Echo/ECG/ETT for admitted patients under SSP - Local purchase medicine Emergency - Washing (laundry) - Lab Chemicals - X-Ray Films - Bedding Clothing - Contingency/Miscellaneous - Medical Gas - Stationery - Printing - Dental Material - Dialysis chemicals - Computer Hardware - Surgical Disposable Items - Car Parking - Washrooms The scope covers supply of pathology and radiology investigations, emergency medicines, laundry services, lab chemicals, X-ray films, bedding, medical gases, stationery, printing, dental and dialysis materials, computer hardware, surgical disposables, car parking services, and washroom maintenance. The procurement will be managed by the Medical Superintendent office at King Abdullah Teaching Hospital Mansehra. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) maintained by FBR. For local purchase medicines, only registered chemists and druggists with retail and narcotics licenses who are financially sound and reputed will be considered. Preference will be given to chemists/druggists nearest to the hospital and available 24/7. Quotations must be computer printed with rates in words and figures; handwritten or cut rates will not be entertained. Earnest money in the form of call deposit is mandatory as per the specified amounts for each item. The submission deadline is strictly 10th August 2026 at 11:00 AM via EPADS system. The original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent's office before bid opening. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all documentation, including last year’s tax returns and licenses, are complete and attached to avoid disqualification.
