Supply of Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium and Microsoft Exchange Online Email Licenses

The Financial Monitoring Unit (FMU), Government of Pakistan, Karachi, invites electronic bids for the supply of Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium Email Licenses and Microsoft Exchange Online (Plan1) Email Licenses. This procurement is conducted under the Single-Stage One Envelope procedure as per Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules (PPR), 2004. Items being procured: - Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium Email Licenses (44 units) - Microsoft Exchange Online (Plan1) Email Licenses (12 units) The scope includes provision of licenses for email services to support FMU's IT infrastructure. Bidders must be registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System 2.0 (EPADS 2.0), have valid Income and Sales Tax registration, and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of relevant tax authorities. Bidding documents and detailed terms are available on the EPADS portal. Eligibility requires submission of a Bid Security of PKR 150,000 in the form of Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee payable to Financial Monitoring Unit Government of Pakistan. Bidders must upload scanned copies of the Bid Security on EPADS 2.0. Manual submissions or physical bids will not be accepted. Key dates: Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 17th September 2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day at FMU Office, 2nd Floor, Main Building, State Bank of Pakistan, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi. In case of a public holiday, bids will be opened the next working day at the same time and venue.
