The contract also covers internal and external electrical works, water supply, and Sui gas works managed by the E&M Sub Divisions. This is a term contract requiring sustained service delivery over the contract period. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and belong to MES approved categories A, B, C, D, or E. Firms must demonstrate relevant experience with works executed in the last two years and provide detailed credentials. FBR registration and NTN compliance are implied prerequisites. Contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Tenders must be submitted to the Accepting Officer by 1130 hours on 30 July 2026. The tender opening will occur the same day at 1200 hours. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is expected as per tender documents. Bidders should ensure their technical and financial bids are complete and comply with all PPRA rules.
