Contractors must have relevant experience and PEC registration in categories A, B, C, D, or E. Firms not on the approved MES list must submit detailed work history for the last two years. Earnest money and other bid security requirements apply as per PPRA rules. Tenders must be submitted to the Accepting Officer by 1130 hours on 15 Sep 2026. The tender opening will occur on the same day at 1200 hours. Contractors are encouraged to attend the opening. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per Para 33 (i) of PPRA Rules.
