Procurement of Miscellaneous IT and Office Equipment Items for NADRA RHO Islamabad

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Islamabad is seeking to prequalify suppliers for the procurement of miscellaneous IT and office equipment items through an Open Framework Agreement. This procurement is specifically for the Islamabad Regional Head Office and aims to fulfill the requirements of its DAUS and branches. The scope includes a wide range of items such as keyboards (wired and wireless), mice (wired and wireless), various data cables for cameras, scanners, printers, VGA cables, networking cables, connectors, metal detectors with batteries, patch cables, power extension leads, amplifiers with AUX cables, ceiling speakers, USB hubs, adapters, chargers for laptops of various brands, thermal adapters, solid state drives of different capacities, HDMI cables, electric cables, soldering wire and paste, and other miscellaneous items. All supplies must be original equipment with warranty and must comply strictly with approved quality certificates and specifications. Failure to maintain quality or quantity standards during the contract period will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and cancellation of the tender. Orders will be placed as per need and the maximum supply time for ordered items is fifteen days from receipt of the purchase order. Eligible applicants must be registered with the relevant authorities in Pakistan, be active taxpayers listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and meet all eligibility criteria outlined in the prequalification documents. The prequalification process is open to all national applicants who fulfill these requirements. Interested suppliers should submit their applications in sealed envelopes clearly marked for prequalification to the NADRA RHO Islamabad Procurement Department at Plot # 30,31 Mauve Area, G-10/4, Islamabad by 12:00 PM on 4th May 2026. Applications will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all required documents, including proof of registration, tax compliance, and financial statements, are complete and properly tagged to avoid disqualification.
