Tender Description
The Pakistan Navy Military Engineer Services is procuring a wide range of miscellaneous repair, maintenance, provision, and installation works at the Pakistan Navy Dockyard, NSSD Area, HQ COMLOG, VSD PNS Karsaz, and KNCRE Lyari in Karachi. This tender covers diverse activities including repair and replacement of electrical works, water supply overhauling, furniture renovation and polishing, roof treatment, internal and external electrification, and provision and installation of air conditioners and furniture. The scope is extensive and involves multiple sectors under the GE (Navy) Logistics Karachi.
Eligible firms must be borne on the approved list of MES contractors or other government departments with relevant experience in similar works. Contractors must provide valid GST registration, National Tax Number, CNIC, and demonstrate availability of skilled and unskilled personnel, machinery, and equipment. Bank statements and performance reports for similar works completed in the last two years are also required. Contractors not on the MES approved list must submit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated bid cost as a refundable security deposit.
