The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites bids for the NATIONAL UPSKILLING PROGRAM FOR UNIVERSITY UNDERGRADUATES, a non-consultancy service aimed at delivering a short-duration AI and Precision Prompt Engineering upskilling program for university students across Pakistan. This program is designed to equip undergraduates with practical, responsible AI literacy and prompt engineering skills, delivered through smart classrooms and supported by a Learning Management System (LMS). The training will cover structured problem definition, prompt design, context engineering, AI-assisted research, verification, and responsible use of generative AI. Items being procured: - National mobilization and trainee enrollment - Verification of trainee eligibility and enrollment records - Provision of smart classrooms and digital learning infrastructure - Deployment of qualified trainers and support staff - Delivery of approved curriculum over 24 instructional days - Hands-on demonstrations and learner assignments - LMS configuration and monitoring - Pre-training orientation and post-training assessment - Maintenance of attendance, assessment, completion, and certificate data - Submission of progress and completion reports - Support for monitoring visits and audits - Correction of deficiencies as identified - Finalization of learner completion and certificate records - Secure retention and handover of program data The program targets university undergraduates nationwide, focusing on AI foundations, precision prompt engineering, context and workflow engineering, professional applications, and responsible AI use. Delivery will be instructor-led with hands-on practice, supported by digital monitoring and assessment. Eligible bidders must be legally registered entities in Pakistan, NAVTTC-registered or accredited training bodies, with verifiable experience delivering AI-related training to at least 2000 university students in the past year. Joint ventures are not allowed. Bids must be submitted in hard copy including bid security of Rs 1,000,000 in favor of NAVTTC Fund to the Director General SS&C NAVTTC HQ, Kirthar Road, Sector H-9/4, Islamabad by **Thursday, October 08, 2026 at 11:00 AM**.
