Construction of 12 Inch Diameter High Pressure Natural Gas Pipelines via HDD for Crossing of CRBC Canal Dera Ismail Khan and Gambella Nullah Lakki Marwat

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) is inviting bids for the construction of 12 inch diameter, 103.00 kilometers high pressure natural gas pipelines through HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) mode for the crossing of CRBC Canal in Dera Ismail Khan and Gambella Nullah in Lakki Marwat, both located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This project aims to lay two new high pressure natural gas pipeline segments to connect the existing gas pipeline network and facilitate the supply of additional natural gas to the region. Items being procured: - Construction of 12 inch diameter, 103.00 km high pressure natural gas pipeline (02 Nos. segments) via HDD mode for CRBC Canal crossing in Dera Ismail Khan - Construction of 12 inch diameter, 103.00 km high pressure natural gas pipeline (02 Nos. segments) via HDD mode for Gambella Nullah crossing in Lakki Marwat The technical scope includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of the pipeline using HDD technology, ensuring minimal disruption to the canal and nullah crossings. Only companies or joint ventures with proven experience in HDD works and relevant technical and financial capability are eligible to participate. Bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money in the form of a bid security of PKR 0.5 Million must be submitted with the bid. The procurement will be conducted on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis. Tender documents can be downloaded from the PPRA (EPADS) portal until 21-09-2026. Sealed bids must be submitted by 1200 hours on 21-09-2026 at the address provided in the notice. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 1430 hours. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later. The validity of bids must be at least 120 days from the date of opening.
