Tender Description
The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites qualified suppliers to participate in the procurement of networking infrastructure equipment for the Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC) project. This procurement is specifically for the city of Rawalpindi and aims to enhance the IT infrastructure of the healthcare facility.
The technical scope includes supply and installation of advanced networking equipment as per the amended technical specifications. Bidders must submit separate technical and financial bids, duly completed, signed, and stamped, ensuring full conformity with the tender documents. The procurement process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, and all bids must be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) website.
Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and ATL, and possess relevant experience in supplying IT networking equipment. While no explicit PEC category is mentioned, firms with a strong track record in IT hardware supply and installation are preferred. The tender documents and amendments are available on the official PITB and PPRA Punjab websites.
The tender was published on 10 June 2026, with the submission deadline set firmly at 1100 hours on 30 June 2025. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day. Interested bidders should ensure timely online submission to avoid disqualification. The contact office is located at 11th Floor, Arfa Software Technology Park, Lahore.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the corrigendum and updated technical specifications available online before submission. Ensuring compliance with the online submission process on EPADS is critical, as late or incomplete bids will be rejected. Earnest Money and CDR requirements should be strictly followed as per the tender documents to avoid technical disqualification.
