Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for specialized services involving the relocation of air conditioning (AC) units at the Karachi Airport Into-plane facility. This procurement is critical for maintaining optimal environmental conditions at the aviation site in Karachi, Sindh. Items being procured: - Relocation of ACs including supply, installation, and commissioning of refrigerant piping (1/4" + 5/8" dia) with insulation and control wiring over 220 feet - Refrigerant piping (3/8" + 5/8" dia) with insulation and control wiring over 155 feet - Maintenance and repair of AC units including disconnection, hoisting, shifting, remounting, rerouting refrigerant piping, insulation, electrical wiring, minor civil works, and testing for 10 units - Partial refrigerant gas recharge (half top-up) for 10 inverter AC units including diagnostic pressure testing, leak prevention, gas charging, and performance testing The scope covers all materials, labor, tools, tackles, and transportation required for the complete execution of the project. The refrigerant piping must be of Muller China or equivalent quality, with Aero flex or equivalent insulation, and control wiring using 4x2.5mm2 PVC insulated copper cable in PVC conduit. All work must comply with PSO's health, safety, and environmental standards, including provision and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, hard hats, goggles, gloves, face masks, lifelines, and safety harnesses. Contractors must ensure proper handling of PSO property and removal of all construction waste. Airport entry passes and police verifications for all workers are mandatory. PSO reserves the right to disqualify any supplier or contractor providing false or incomplete qualification information. The deadline for submission is 15 October 2026.
