O & M Contract of Air Conditioning Plant Installed at State Life Building No. 1, Karachi

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan (SLIC), Real Estate Division, Karachi invites bids for the Operation and Maintenance (O & M) Contract of the Air Conditioning Plant installed at State Life Building No. 1, Karachi. Items being procured: - Operation of Air Conditioning Plant of State Life Building No. 1, Karachi (1 job) - Maintenance of Air Conditioning Plant of State Life Building No. 1, Karachi (1 job) The scope includes operation, maintenance, servicing, and annual overhauling of the air conditioning plant and allied equipment installed at the building. The contractor is responsible for providing qualified and experienced technical staff including site engineer, supervisors, operators, mechanics, electricians, fitters, and semi-skilled workers as per specified qualifications and experience. The contractor must ensure efficient and economical operation of the plant, maintain daily logs, perform routine and annual servicing, and coordinate with the Employer for spare parts and materials. The contract duration is one year with six working days per week excluding gazetted holidays.
