Tender Description
The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan Real Estate Division invites experienced firms for the operation, maintenance, servicing, and overhauling contract of the air conditioning plant, system, and allied equipment installed at the State Life Building on M.A Jinnah Road Mirpurkhas. This tender is specifically for the upkeep and technical servicing of HVAC systems ensuring optimal performance and reliability at the site. The scope includes comprehensive servicing and overhauling of all related equipment to maintain operational efficiency throughout the contract period.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS and possess valid FBR, SRB, EOBI, and SESSI registrations. Firms should have a minimum of five years relevant experience supported by company profiles and experience certificates. Non-blacklisting affidavits and bid security of Rs.100,000 in the form of pay order or bankers cheque favoring State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan are mandatory. The contract duration is one year with six working days per week, excluding gazetted holidays.
Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 09-07-2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical bid should be complete, signed, and stamped, including all mandatory documents. The bid security will be forfeited if the successful bidder fails to commence work within seven days of the letter of award. The contract requires a bank guarantee of Rs.500,000 and retention money of 5% deducted from monthly bills.
