Operation and Maintenance of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System at NESPAK House Lahore

National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK) invites electronic bids through EPADS 2.0 for the operation and maintenance of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system at NESPAK House, Lahore. This tender is issued by the CAC & HR Division of NESPAK, located at NESPAK House 1-C, Block-N, Model Town Extension, Lahore. Items being procured: - Operation and maintenance services for Heating system - Operation and maintenance services for Ventilation system - Operation and maintenance services for Air Conditioning system The scope covers comprehensive O&M of HVAC systems ensuring efficient performance and reliability at NESPAK House. Bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in category O-6 or higher with specialization code ME-01. Registration with the Income Tax Department and active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for HVAC O&M works is mandatory. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on EPADS (www.epads.gov.pk), PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk), and NESPAK (www.nespak.com.pk) websites. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 600,000 submitted through EPADS by the deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1530 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. The submission deadline is August 6, 2026, at 1500 hours. The original bid security instrument must be submitted to the Manager General Services, CAC & HR Division, NESPAK House Lahore by the deadline.
