Tender Description
This tender invites qualified firms to upgrade the Oracle PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM ERP systems at Sukkur IBA University, Sindh. The project involves migrating existing customizations and modules to the latest Long Term Support (LTS) versions, ensuring enhanced security, performance, and user experience. The scope includes assessment of current systems, upgrade planning, environment setup, technical execution, data validation, and staff training on new features.
The upgrade covers Oracle Enterprise Linux, database, People Tools, and application modules FSCM and HCM. Customizations such as People Code, SQR, App Engine, BI Publisher reports, and Fluid UI will be retrofitted and optimized. The work requires detailed validation of functional configurations, security roles, audit compliance, and performance tuning. The site is Sukkur IBA University main campus, where the technical environment and data integrity are critical.
Bidders must comply with Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 and hold valid NTN and GST/SRB registrations. Oracle Gold Partnership is preferred. The bidder should have relevant experience with PeopleSoft implementations, especially in educational institutions. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory. The contract requires performance security and adherence to warranty terms. Payment will be made after 100% delivery and inspection certificate issuance.
