Supply and Installation of Outdoor Q5 High Refresh Rate LED Display Module Pole Mounted at Malir Cantt

The Cantonment Board Malir, located in Karachi, Sindh, is inviting sealed bids from suppliers, contractors, wholesalers, original equipment manufacturers, and authorized dealers for the supply, installation, commissioning, and testing of Outdoor Q5 High Refresh Rate LED Display Module Pole Mounted at Malir Cantt. This procurement is being conducted under the single stage two envelope procedure as per Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules 2004. Only firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Supply & Installation commissioning/testing of Q5 Pro Outdoor High Refresh Rate 7680Hz LED Display Module dual side silicone coated, size 3.5 ft x 5.8 ft, total 18.27 sq. feet, pole mounted at Aziz Bhatti Road from Cantt Chowk to Allama Iqbal Chowk at Malir Cantt (22 Sets, 44 Units) The technical scope includes the provision of high refresh rate LED display modules, dual-sided with silicone coating, and installation on specified poles along the designated road stretch. Bidders must provide a sample of the LED display module along with a complete specification brochure for technical evaluation. The bid must be submitted in two separate envelopes: one for the Technical Proposal and one for the Financial Proposal. Only the technical proposals will be opened initially, and financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR, possess valid registration certificates, and have experience in similar supplies over the last five years. Earnest Money in the form of a CDR or Pay Order is required, and the bid validity is 180 days from submission. Bidding documents can be obtained for Rs. 2000 from the office of Cantonment Board Malir, Boston Lines, Malir Cantt, Karachi, up to 21-08-2026. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 26-08-2026 at 03:00 pm at the same office. Bids must be submitted by 27th August 2026 at 02:00 pm at the office address. The technical proposals will be opened the same day at 02:30 pm.
