Outsourcing of Management and Operations of Swat Hotel Building

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority is inviting bids for the outsourcing of management and operations of the Swat Hotel Building, formerly known as Swat Serena Hotel, located in Swat. This opportunity is aimed at reputable national and international hotel operators and hospitality brands interested in managing this fully furnished hotel facility under an As Is, Where Is basis. The lease will be granted under the Government Rest Houses and Tourism Properties (Development, Management and Regularization) Act, 2020, for a period of 33 years. The scope includes full management and operational control of the hotel, ensuring high standards of hospitality services. Interested bidders must possess valid and renewed registration certificates from recognized professional bodies, including FBR NTN and KPRA/STRN certificates. Companies must be active on the Active Taxpayer List, and firms should have a valid SECP certificate if applicable. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure as per KPRA Procurement and Regulatory Rules, 2014. Bidders are required to submit both Technical and Financial Bids by 22nd June 2023 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A bid security of 2% of the quoted amount in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory. Bidding documents can be obtained from the KP Culture and Tourism Authority office during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 8th June 2023 at 11:00 am at the Swat Hotel Building.
